Day 01

Upon your arrival in the Sri Lankan international airport, you will be travelling to the city of Negombo. Negombo is a modest beach town located close to Bandaranaike International Airport. With a stash of decent hotels and restaurants to suit all pockets, a friendly local community Negombo is a number one tourist attraction of Sri Lanka. Here you will be able to explore the cultural and the colonial heritage of this marvellous city and also the famous fish market. This is where you will be spending your first night.


Day 02

On the 2nd day of the tour, you will travel to Kalpitiya which is located in Puttalam district, North Western province of Sri Lanka. It is known for its serene beauty as it consists of 14 islands. The people of Kalpitiya are mostly fishermen. It is now developing as an attractive tourist destination. After your arrival you will be checking into a luxury Ayurvedic resort of your choice as you will be spending 2 nights in this gorgeous tourist city.


Day 03

Your 3rd day will also be spent in Kalpitiya city again that is rich in natural beauty. However, today you have the opportunity to go on a Whale & Dolphine safari in the morning as it is a safe , adventurous journey where you will be able to spot gigantic blue whales and this will truly be an unforgettable highlight of the tour for sure. For the rest of the day, you will be able to try out some water sports for example, windsurfing, sailing on either a laser or a catamaran, surfing, diving, snorkelling, kayaking and canoeing etc.. Also on offer are exhilarating water wing and banana boat rides. Your 3rd night will be spent here.


Day 04

Today you will visit the Wilpattu national park as it is a popular Eco tourist destination. It is the largest and one of the oldest National Parks in Sri Lanka and is among the top national parks, world-renowned for its leopard. There are plenty of cultural,wildlife, luxury hotels here where you will be able to experience the cultural heritage of Sri Lanka. The night will be spent here.


Day 05

Today we will be travelling to Nilaveli. On the way you will be able to explore the beautiful nature of the surrounding environment as we will be travelling through rural villages and we will stop by Trinco to visit the city and the Koneswaram Hindu temple. For years Nilaveli has been considered one of Sri Lanka’s most perfect beaches. It certainly has that feeling of paradise-island remoteness, with plenty of bending palms swaying over the golden sand. If you’re looking for some serious beach time, including swimming, snorkelling and scuba diving, then Nilaveli would be perfect as the sands are golden and the ocean inviting. In the evening you have the chance to explore this marvellous city, including the main highlights, for example hot water springs, the natural harbour, famous Kovils, white coloured beaches etc..The night will be spent here in a luxury Ayurvedic resort of your choice while resting and relaxing.


Day 06

The 6th day of the tour will be a full relaxing day for you. Here you have the chance to experience scuba diving, snorkelling as well as swimming. You also have the opportunity to try and enjoy seafood as Nilaveli is famous for seafood and visit the Pigeon Island. You will be spending the night in this gorgeous city of Nilaveli again.


Day 07

Today after breakfast you will travel to the world famous Pasikuda beach. It is a 120km journey that will take about 3 hours to get there. We will be travelling along the beautiful coastal area of Sri Lanka therefore you will be able to explore beautiful beaches on the way. Since the coastal area is famous for seafood, you will also have the opportunity to taste a Sri Lankan style sea food lunch. After arriving in Pasikuda you will be checking into a luxury beach hotel to spend the night. Pasikuda is known to have one of the longest stretches of shallow coastline in the world. So this place is perfect for beach lovers and most importantly beginner swimmers.


Day 08

On the 8th you will spend the morning in Pasikuda beach resort again while resting and relaxing while preparing yourself for the long journey ahead.  In the afternoon, you will be travelling to the ancient city of Sigiriya. On the way we will stop by Pollonnaruwa as it has become Sri Lanka’s royal medieval capital in 1073 and remained Sri Lanka’s second kingdom until the late 13 century. Even today, the ancient city’s ruins remain and is a fascinating site to visit. After arriving in Sigiriya you will check into a luxury hotel of your choice while settling in this beautiful ancient city. In the evening, you have the opportunity to explore this ancient city by foot, experience an elephant ride, enjoy a relaxing spa, visit Boutique factories as you will be able to explore the traditional process of making these. The night will be spent here.


Day 09

Today rise early in order to climb the greatest and the world famous lion rock of Sri Lanka. Deep in the middle of Sri Lanka, a massive column of rock bulge from the green scrub jungle and is known as Sigiriya. It is 660 feet tall and features frescoes, graffiti and landscaped gardens, hence holds a special place in the island’s rich cultural history. It was made a UNESCO world heritage site in 1982 as it is one of the most dramatic historical locations in the world. Afterwards, you will check out from Sigiriya and travel straight to Kandy. However, on the way we will be stopping by to visit the famous Herbal & Spice Garden. Here you have the opportunity to explore and buy different products and also enjoy a full relaxing Ayurvedic treatment.  In the evening, you will explore the ancient Kandy city and will spend the night.


Day 10

In the morning you will visit the famous Buddha’s Temple of Tooth. It is one of the most venerable places for the Buddhist community of Sri Lanka and all around the world. Afterwards, head up to Nuwara Eliya while exploring the beautiful uphill environment of Sri Lanka, including natural waterfalls, lush tea estates and tea factories, vegetable farms and many more scenic locations. We will also visit the famous Royal Botanical garden on the way. Nuwara Eliya It is the coldest part of the country as it is 5000 feet above sea level so of course you will be needing warm clothes. It is located at the heart of the hill country and is also known as “little England” by tourists as the town is well planned and still retains its English style. The cool, calm climate, gorges rolling tea plantation which makes the best “Ceylon tea” and the breathtaking beautiful waterfalls makes Nuwara Eliya one of the most beautiful town in the world. This is the perfect place for ramblers and nature lovers. After your arrival you will be settling in a luxury hotel of your choice and can enjoy a relaxing spa in the evening. The night will be spent here.


Day 11

On the 11th day of the tour you will be checking out from Nuwara Eliya and head down to Bentota which is an ideal location to explore beautiful beaches. Here you will be having a full relaxing day in glorious beaches. The night will be spent in a luxury Ayurvedic beach resort of your choice.


Day 12

You will be spending your second last day in this gorgeous city of Bentota again. Today you will be able to try many different water sports such as sailing, water skiing, swimming etc. In the evening, you will be relaxing in sun kissed beaches of Bentota as well as fish spas while enjoying a perfect view of the beautiful sunset. Furthermore, you can also visit the small Cinnamon Island. Here you will be able to experience the traditional cinnamon making process. Your final night will be spent in a fine relaxing beach hotel in Bentota.


Day 13

On your final day, you will be travelling straight to Colombo where you will have the opportunity to explore the city. However the city tour will depend on the departure time. Afterwards you will say goodbye to this beautiful country and will proceed to the airport for departure.
