Day 01

Upon arrival in Sri Lanka you will be warmly and kindly welcomed by our representative and afterwards will travel straight to Negombo which is just a few minute drive from the international airport. Negombo is a beautiful city and is a major tourist attraction located about one hour north of the capital city of Sri Lanka, Colombo. Here you will be able to explore the cultural and the colonial heritage of this marvellous city and it is also where you will be spending your first night relaxing while preparing yourself for the journey ahead.

Day 02

On the second day in the morning you will visit the famous fish market as it known to be one of the most visited and largest fish market in Sri Lanka. Afterwards you will travel straight to Sigiriya which is approximately a 4 hour drive from Negombo.  In the afternoon you will have the opportunity to experience a wildlife elephant safari in Kaudulla national park as it offers something of a change of scenery for everyone. It has also been identified as an important Bird Area. This is an ideal eco tourist destination in Sri Lanka that will capture your hearts for sure. Here you will be checking into a luxury hotel of your choice to spend your second night.

Day 03

On the 3rd day rise early in order to climb the Lion rock of Sigiriya. Deep in the middle of Sri Lanka, a massive column of rock bulge from the green scrub jungle and is known as Sigiriya. It is 660 feet tall and features frescoes, graffiti and landscaped gardens, hence holds a special place in the island’s rich cultural history. It was made a UNESCO world heritage site in 1982 as it is one of the most dramatic historical locations in the world. Afterwards you will have a relaxed afternoon as you will be able to enjoy the nature while you are staying in the hotel. In the evening, you have the opportunity to explore this ancient city by foot, experience an elephant ride, enjoy a relaxing spa, visit Boutique factories as you will be able to explore the traditional process of making these. If want you can also visit the fruit &vegetable market in Dambulla as it is known to be the largest market in Sri Lanka. Also, when the sun goes down head on to Dambulla to visit the Cave temple. Afterwards, back to the hotel in Sigirya and you will be spending your 3rd night here.

Day 04

Today after breakfast you will travel to the world famous Pasikuda beach. It is a 112km journey that will take about 2 and a half hour to get there. On the way we will stop by Polonnaruwa as it has become Sri Lanka’s royal medieval capital in 1073 and remained Sri Lanka’s second kingdom until the late 13 century. Even today, the ancient city’s ruins remain and is a fascinating site to visit. After arriving in Pasikuda you will be checking into a luxury beach hotel of your choice and the 4th night will be spent here while resting and relaxing.

Day 05

Day 5 will be a full relaxing day for you in one of the most amazing, famous tourist destination of Sri Lanka, The Pasikuda beach. Pasikuda is known to have one of the longest stretches of shallow coastline in the world. So this place is perfect for beach lovers and most importantly beginner swimmers. Your 5th night will be spent in this glorious Pasikuda city.

Day 06

On the 6th day after breakfast you will check out from Pasikuda in order to travel to Kandy. On the way we will stop by the Mahiyangana as it is a historical religious cultural site. Here you will have the opportunity to visit the Dambana. Dambana is a small jungle village where Sri Lankan Vedda people (indigenous people of Sri Lanka) live. Vedda of Dambana has their own tradition, culture and their original language. It is called as Vedda language and is different from Sinhala language. Here you have the opportunity to learn about the tradition of these people. After arriving in Kandy you will check into a hotel of your choice and will spend the night here relaxing.

Day 07

On the 7th day in the morning you will visit the famous Buddha’s Temple of Tooth. It is one of the most venerable places for the Buddhist community of Sri Lanka and all around the world. Afterwards,  head up to Nuwara Eliya while exploring the beautiful uphill environment of Sri Lanka, including natural waterfalls, lush tea estates and tea factories, vegetable farms and many more scenic locations that will steal your hearts for sure. We will also visit the famous Royal Botanical garden on the way. Nuwara Eliya It is the coldest part of the country as it is 5000 feet above sea level and is located at the heart of the Hill Country. It is also known as “little England” by tourists as the town is well planned and still retains its English style. The cool, calm climate, gorges rolling tea plantation which makes the best “Ceylon tea” and the breathtaking beautiful waterfalls makes Nuwara Eliya one of the most beautiful town in the world. This is the perfect place for ramblers and nature lovers. After your arrival you will be settling in a luxury hotel of your choice and the night will be spent here.

Day 08

Today rise early in order to visit the Horton Plains. Here you will witness the famous “world’s end” as It is a sheer cliff, with a drop of about 4,000 feet and is one of the most visited parts of Horton Plains National Park. This is a key tourist attraction place in Sri Lanka. While you are in Nuwara Eliya you can explore this elegant Nuwara Eliya city, including walking through lush green tea plantations, mountainous landscapes and rural villages. Also a Tea Trails experience where you will be able to visit and observe tea plantation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity of tasting various types and grades of this great brew. Ceylon tea is originally introduced by the British around 1850 and is world famous for its high quality and it is a major contributor to the island’s economy for generations. Currently, Sri Lanka is one of the largest exporter of tea worldwide. Here you have the opportunity to experience this tea making process in tea factories as well as to buy the best grades of tea. We will also be visiting the Ambewela milk factory, strawberry farms, the famous Gregory Lake, Fruits &Vegetable markets and many more scenic locations.

Day 09

In the morning you will experience a world famous train journey which is from Nuwara Eliya to Ella in order to experience and enjoy the beautiful uphill nature of Sri Lanka one last time. This is about a 3 hour long adventurous train journey and will be perfect for nature lovers. Ella city is also another major tourist attraction and is in between Nuwara Eliya and Yala. You will be picked up from Ella and drive straight to Yala, which is only about a 1 and a half hour drive. After arriving in Yala you will be staying in a luxury hotel of your choice where you will be able to experience and enjoy the adventurous wildlife.

Day 10

Today you will take part in an adventurous Yala safari.The Yala national park is the most visited and the second largest national park in Sri Lanka as it is a premier Eco-tourism destination. It covers an area of 97,878 hectares over the Southern and Uva provinces and is home to the greatest variety of Sri Lanka’s wildlife most notably elephants and leopards. Afterwards you will check out from the hotel and travel down to Mirissa which is only a 2 and 45 minute drive from Yala. We will be travelling along the beautiful coastal area of Sri Lanka where you will be able to explore glorious beaches and since this area is famous for seafood, you will have the chance to try and enjoy a seafood lunch on the way. After the arrival in Mirissa you will have the rest of the day to relax in golden beaches as they are perfect for surfing, scuba diving, snorkelling and swimming. You will also have the opportunity to explore this marvellous city as it is a number one tourist attraction of Sri Lanka and your second last night will be spent  here.

Day 11

On your second last day you will experience a Whale & Dolphin watching safari in the morning and the rest of the day will again be a relaxing day while exploring the rest of the city of Mirissa.

Day 12

On your final day, you will be checking out from Mirissa and travel to the capital city of Sri Lanka, Colombo. On the way we will stop by Galle and go on a Galle city tour and visit the turtle farm. It is only a 45 minute drive from Mirissa to Galle. We will also visit still fisherman and the famous Galle Dutch fort that dates back to the 17th century. Afterwards you will travel straight to Colombo through the expressway and this is approximately a 1 and a half hour drive. After your arrival in Colombo you will be doing a quick tour around the city, however the time for the city tour will depend on your departure time. Later on you will say goodbye to this beautiful country and will proceed to the airport for departure. We hope your stay in Sri Lanka was an unforgettable experience filled with happy as well as fun memories.

We had a wonderful time. we liked the National parks , Rain forest,especially in Yala and Udawalawa national parks . We do not Blame you for the rain !
The car is very comfortable and we drive a lot on our trip. we only had five nights and should have stayed Ten.“ you always think about our Happiness“

First and fore mostly my wife and I wish to sincerely thank you for making our first visit to Sri-Lanka a memorable one. You have not just been a tour guide for us , but a friend and an advisor all around and will not forget you for this . We have also been amazed on your knowledge of various cultures ,places ,roads and more about sri lanka which made us feel even more comfortable and appreciating Sri Lanka . We have been to Negombo, then Dambulla, Kandy ,Nuwara Eliya,then Ella,Galle and finally Colombo. Lot things always strikeout wherever you go, and they are the kindness and humbleness of Sri Lanka people and exhorting and natural beauty of the country.
